Event Types Permitted

1. Weddings and Engagement Parties

Our venue welcomes wedding ceremonies, receptions, and

engagement celebrations.

2. Corporate Events and Meetings

Perfect for business meetings, training sessions, team-building

activities, and corporate celebrations.

3. Social Gatherings and Celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, baby showers, and

similar personal celebrations are allowed.

4. Community and Public Events

Nonprofit or community events, like charity fundraisers and

awareness events, may be permitted with prior approval and

certain requirements.

5. Workshops and Educational Events

Seminars, classes, or workshops that align with the venue’s

capacity and setup capabilities are welcome.

Event Types Not Permitted

1. Ticketed Private Parties

Private events that involve the sale of tickets are not allowed.

This includes any event where tickets are sold to an exclusive

guest list or private audience. This EXCLUDES class reunions,

family reunions, fundraiser events,  and church functions.

2. High-Security Events

Events that require extensive security protocols or present a

heightened security risk to the venue or surrounding

community are not permitted.

3. Open to the Public Ticketed Events

Events that sell tickets to the general public are allowed only

with prior approval and in cases where the nature of the event

aligns with the venue’s values and capacity. (Ex: Sip and

paints and community events). Ticketed parties are not

allowed.

All events have to be over by 11pm and the premises must be vacated by 12am.

An ABC banquet license is required for all events that will be serving alcohol. 

If alcohol is being served to over 50 attendees, an additional security guard is needed.
